DTI stocks Bosch-Rexroth throttle actuators and transmission shifters. Original equipment on most rigs, these units were known as WABCO actuators and shifters, and have been used on rigs since the 1950's.

Oilfield drilling and well service rigs have several applications for throttle positioning or actuation that are handled quite well with Bosch-Rexroth A2H actuators. Many rigs were designed from factory with these units operating the throttles, controlled by H-controlair valves mounted on the panel of the drillers console. DTI stocks the complete actuator, as well as several different repair kits to rebuild the linkage and wear parts on the A2H actuator. Allison transmissions are often used on the rigs, with Rexroth shifter cylinders mounted to air shift the transmission with a remote control valve like the P-rotair 7-position shifter valve.
